Shabarimale Swamy Ayyappan
Shabarimale Swamy Ayyappan is a 1990 Indian Kannada film, directed by Renuka Sharma and produced by Subramaniam Kumar and V. Swaminathan. The film stars Sreenivas Murthy, Geetha and Master Sanjay in the lead roles. The film has musical score by K. V. Mahadevan. The film was dubbed in Malayalam under same title in Telugu as Ayyappa janma rahasyam and in Tamil as Manikandan.
Geethanjali
Geethanjali is a 1989 Indian Telugu romance film, written and directed by Mani Ratnam. It stars Akkineni Nagarjuna, Girija Shettar in lead roles and music was composed by Ilaiyaraaja. Upon release, the film met with both commercial success and critical acclaim. It won the National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment and seven Nandi Awards. A Tamil-dubbed version titled Idhayathai Thirudathe was released in 1989. The film was later dubbed into Malayalam and remade in Hindi as Yaad Rakhegi Duniya, starring Aditya Pancholi, Rukhsar and Vikram Gokhale.
